We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovation, technology development, and entrepreneurship as a path to nation building. We help budding technology entrepreneurs and develop ground breaking innovations and transform these into successful businesses. We believe that technopreneurship – entrepreneurial ventures involving high technology – is important and critical factor to the progress of the Philippine economy as a whole. Thus, our program goes beyond just providing funding for startups;  we offer a program that combines incubation & acceleration needed at the critical phases when ideas are being turned into actual commercial products.

 

Diane Eustaquio: Diane is the Executive Director of IdeaSpace. She is responsible for managing the foundation’s flagship incubation and acceleration program. Prior to IdeaSpace, Diane served as Executive Assistant to the Head of Strategy for First Pacific Company Ltd where she gained exposure in closing deals, M&As and strategy management. Diane also brings her experience in people and government relations, and manufacturing which she gained from previous roles in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and in the semiconductor manufacturing industry as manager of Analog Devices Philippines’ Total Quality Management Program. ​She took her undergraduate studies in  B. A. Organizational Communication (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines – Manila, where she focused her research papers and thesis on team cohesion.

 

Goldy Yancha: Goldy is Associate Director for Business Development & Partnerships at IdeaSpace. Building a career in management across IT companies, with various roles in product, operations and P&L, she has witnessed the power that innovation can unleash in an enterprise. She is a Professional Fellow from the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative, with an immersion in MassChallenge,the largest accelerator in the world. ​She is currently taking her Masters in Technology Management at The University of the Philippines – Diliman, and took her BS Business Economics degree at the same institution (cum laude).

 

Dustin Masancay: Dustin is responsible for creating, delivering and sustaining programs and initiatives aimed at inspiring, informing and identifying aspiring technopreneurs at the grassroots level. Dustin is concurrently the Manila Chapter Director of Startup Grind and has organized Startup Weekends in multiple cities since 2013. He gained his finance and business analysis background from technology companies including PhilWeb and SMART. ​Dustin obtained his BS degree in Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and has attended fellowship exchange studies in Hawaii, USA (East-West Knowledge Leaders Program) in 2012 and in New Zealand (Young Business Leaders Summit) in 2015.

 

Anna Fernandez: Anna was a former Accounting Associate 1 in MG Madrid Co. & CPA’s and handled several clients. In 2016, she was hired by IdeaSpace as Accounting and Payroll Associate. In her role, she is in charge of providing assistance to the auditors, executes the necessary bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciling of accounts, filing of taxes as well as preparing accounting reports and facts in accordance with enacted processes and guidelines. Anna took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management in Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila.
